His previous book was <i>Education, Work and Identity</i>. </p> <p>Leonard Holmes is Reader in Management at the Business School, University of Roehampton, UK. His interests are in the areas of graduate employability, skills, competence and management training and development. His previous book was <i>The Dominance of Management: A Participatory Critique.</i> </p>
