A grieving balaclava-wearing widower, Caleb, takes a small countryside church hostage and forces Pastor Mike to deliver a filmed confession before being executed for giving Caleb's dead wife false hope in regards to her cancer. But during the course of the siege, the bickering congregation turns on itself, Caleb's identity is revealed, and the pastor escapes. It's only during police negotiations that Caleb agrees to release all hostages in exchange for Pastor Mike's return. But will Mike's sacrificial move save the congregation, or has he fallen into Caleb's trap?
