What makes the Sling Shot Push Up different than a regular Sling Shot? The middle is double-layered and the width is 2.5 inches smaller to sit differently on your chest, which ensures a better fit for push-ups and gives you the proper amount of support. Helps you perform proper and efficient push-ups. Level 1 elastic is great for bodyweight movements, bench press, and dips. Can be used with any load. The deeper you go into the movement, the more assistance you receive. Flexible construction and double-ply chest portion allows for easier on and off. Suitable for both men and women.
