Royal, Ph.D.</strong> is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, the owner of a private counseling practice, and a professor of counselor education at North Carolina Central University. He is an associate editor of <em>Career Convergence</em>, a publication of the National Career Development Association. He earned his Ph.D. from North Carolina State University.</p>
