Polarizers increase color saturation, add contrast to all colors, and eliminate glare from highly reflected surfaces such as glass and water, creating deep, rich photos. Reflected light shows up in an image as a whitish glare that washes out the color in an image. A Polarizer rectifies this problem by eliminating glare from reflected (non-metallic) surfaces such as water and glass, creating sharper, clearer images.
