<p/><br></br><p><b> About the Book </b></p></br></br>Back in the early eighties I used to hop on a bus or get in a car and drive over to a magical island, the island of Manhattan. My cousin gave me a camera along with a few canisters of film. I had a little darkroom in my basement. I snapped these pictures.<br>It was a fun time for me and great memories were created hanging out on the scene, in the clubs and on the streets of the Lower East Side.<br>I met some great people, some to this day I am still friends with.<br>I have been hoarding these images for a long time.
