Made in China Prior to the first use, it is recommended to fully charge both devices. Wear one or both wraps around you calf(s) and secure the velcro to hold the wrap in place. Make sure the wrap is snug but not too fight. When both wraps are secured on your legs, they should look like the picture above. The control units are positioned on the front of your calf. When one or both wraps are secured on your calf(s), press the power button to turn on the device. You will hear two beep tones, and the display is illuminated. Afterward, the device will inflate and deflate automatically. Relax and enjoy. The device will automatically turn off after the timer of 20 minutes runs out. Alternatively, you can manually turn the device off by holding the power button for about two seconds.
