Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil; salt to taste, if desired.<br />2. Add pasta and return to a boil, stirring occasionally.<br />3. Boil 14 to 15 minutes or until pasta is desired tenderness. Remove from heat; drain.<br />4. Fill as desired.
