Coffee, Organic Sumatra Queen Ketiara, Drip Grind, Light Roast, Semi-Washed USDA Organic. Certified Organic by ISDA. An earthy, full-bodied coffee, with lively acidity and a creamy body. Varietal: Bourbon, typica, caturra, catimo 1200-1500 masl. I began Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters (in 1995 in response to the need for an Idaho specialty coffee roaster; the company is named after my son, Dawson Taylor. We utilize traditional European-style drum roosters and strongly believe this hands-on method ensures that our coffees are crafted to perfection. We source green coffees directly from the farmers as often as possible. Personal relationships and visits to the farms ensure the quality and availability from crop to crop. Great coffee can provide a virtually limitless flavor experience and it is our intent to bring the highest quality coffees to our customers.
